Miami Anxiety Busters is all about getting a handle on anxiety and panic attacks by learning new techniques such as self-therapy, energy tapping, Reiki, meditation, chakra balancing, dieting, exercise and many more. The group will meet weekly to discuss our anxiety issues and what works to relieve the symptoms. Books, studies, and techniques will be shared. Our meetings will always be FREE.
